Steve Bailey relocated to Florida in 2002 after retiring from a highly successful 30-year business career managing a major subsidiary of a Fortune 200 company. Not ready to truly retire, Steve decided to embark on his second career and become a Realtor.
Real estate is exciting, challenging and rewarding, and that fits Steve’s personality perfectly. His accolades are a testament to the outstanding service he provides, as he was awarded the prestigious International President’s Circle in 2004, along with many other real estate honors.
Steve started a new component of his real estate career by entering into the commercial arena. But, his real love was helping buyers and sellers in the residential market, so he launched a new company with a renewed commitment to residential real estate.
Now teamed up with Mike Witkosky, a top Realtor, both Steve and Mike have formed Team1One with Michael Saunders & Company working out of the Venice Island office. They serve the areas from Punta Gorda to Venice Island, and list and sell properties in gated communities as well as on the waterfront. Both Steve and Mike feel that “It is not about them, it is about their customers.”
